There comes a time in life when our time is limited and we’re in a hurry. That’s when an older recipe can come in – handy. So, in order to preserve what I create, I’ve started KlarAppetit.
I’m a young, working mom with a passion for cooking, though I easily get bored. Now I have help from my young baby girl.
I can’t recall when I first started cooking, but it was in my childhood, learning from my mother. This early exposure explains why I can easily identify ingredients in dishes when tasting food. While I’m not a professional, cooking holds significant meaning for me.
Instead of spending time studying recipes online, I prefer to experiment in the kitchen, improvising and combining various ingredients based on my past experiences. These experiments often result in new creations, and over the years, I’ve developed numerous recipes this way. Though many have been forgotten, I never tire of crafting new ones.
