Ingredients:

  • 150 g pasta (2 portions)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 40g of butter
  • 200g ham
  • 4 scallions
  • 4 cloves of garlic (6 if are small)
  • 1 cup of cooking cream
  • 1/2 cup of Pecorino cheese
  • 40 g of Emmental cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • salt, pepper if needed
  • 150 g pasta

Instructions:

First steps: Boil approximately 150 g of pasta (2 portions) in water (without any salt!), then strain it and set it aside.

Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients to use for cooking Klarbonara. Clean and chop 4 scallions, 4 cloves of garlic (6, if are small) and 200 g of ham (preferably parboiled). Grate the cheeses and pour the cooking cream into a cup.

Next steps: Grease the frying pan with 2 spoons of olive oil, add the butter, then stir and brown the chopped scallions and the ham for 5 minutes at medium-high heat. Lower the heat and add the chopped garlic. Stir and brown for another 5 minutes.

Third step: Add the cooking cream, the pecorino cheese and the oregano to finish Klarbonara.
